SQUINT is the condition of the eye where the two eyeballs are not aligned straight. Squint is common condition in the Indian scenario and can cause LAZY eye (Amblyopia). Lazy eye if not diagnosed in time and treated can cause irreversible blindness. Squints can happen in adults as well. Squint present in adults can be treated surgically for cosmetic reasons after initial tests prove to be normal.
